Building a trusting therapeutic relationship takes time. Deep healing often unfolds gradually as you settle into the process, and a single session is rarely enough to fully experience the benefits of this work. To support you in beginning without pressure, all new clients receive their second session free of charge. This allows you to deepen into the process at a natural pace — whether through Craniosacral Therapy, Holistic Coaching, or a combination of both.

Eligibility: Available to new clients booking a 60-minute session.

Timing: The second session must be booked and taken within four weeks of your first appointment to ensure continuity of care.
