It takes time for a therapist and client to build trust and settle into the process. One session alone generally isn’t enough to deeply experience the benefits of the work. For this reason, all new clients receive their second session at no additional cost. It's a way to begin without pressure and deepen into the process at a natural pace - whether through coaching, craniosacral therapy or a combination of both.

This introductory option is available to new clients booking a 45- or 60-minute session. The second session must be taken within a maximum of four weeks after the first, to support continuity.
