What is Holistic Coaching?

Holistic Coaching explores the relationship between your wellbeing and wider life, and how one influences the other. We examine how work routines impact your health, how chronic illness restricts your life choices, how stress, anxiety or trauma affect your relationships, and how self-beliefs limit what you feel is possible.

Holistic Coaching aims to healthily align the needs of your inner and outer worlds, identifying where change can serve you better. In a session, I will ask you the right questions so that you will be able to discover your own solutions. From there, we will work together in planning the actions you can take to live in a more authentic way. It's an opportunity to step out of survival mode, to go beyond just coping and shape your life towards better being.

  • Accountability: encouragement and structure to help you take action between sessions

Is Coaching Right for You Now?

Coaching is available to anyone over the age of 18 who wishes to explore their whole self in a safe, non-judgemental space, and is ready to commit to taking action on their life, health and wellbeing.

When experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety or overwhelm, I strongly recommend receiving Craniosacral Therapy and coaching in combination. It can help gently support your nervous system in slowing down and creating the space needed for awareness, reflection and considered action.

Just to note, Holistic Coaching and Craniosacral Therapy are offered as complementary approaches. They are not a substitute for medical care or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing significant physical or mental health symptoms, it’s important that you first consult a healthcare professional.
