Are You Ready to Stop Pushing and Start Recovering?

Anxiety, overwhelm and burnout are not signs of personal failure. They are signals from the body, inviting us to stop and pay attention. They are telling us that the coping strategies, quick fixes and surface-level solutions we have relied on to survive are no longer sustainable, and that lasting wellbeing requires a different approach. We have been taught to push through, work harder and keep going no matter what the cost. Yet these strategies are making us unwell and reinforcing the very systems that contribute to our global crises. In a culture that rewards exhaustion, choosing to recover is a radical act – one that has the power to transform both ourselves and the world around us.


This is a space for those who have gone beyond pushing through. It’s for those now ready to slow down in these urgent times – to be curious and honest; to allow deep rest and surrender to the body’s innate capacity to restore – and shift from old patterns into real presence.


Whether you choose Craniosacral Therapy, Holistic Coaching, or a blend of the two, I will support you in rediscovering how to sustainably care for yourself and others in a world that demands too much.

This is for you if:

  • you are a purpose-led professional pushing yourself towards - or have pushed past - the point of physical or emotional collapse in service to others and the world

  • you are ready to slow down and prioritise your own wellbeing

  • you are wanting to make necessary changes to your life or work

  • you are open to gentle somatic work (Craniosacral Therapy) to support your body's self-regulation, and/or honest communication (Coaching) to foster co-regulation and clarity

This is not for you if:

• you are seeking quick-fix results rather than a slower process of building awareness, capacity and sustainable change

• you are not ready at this time to create space for rest, reflection and integration of what emerges from the process

• you are not looking for an approach involving nervous-system awareness and exploring your lived experience through the body

• you are looking for a medical diagnosis or treatment
